Unga wa kitobosha (puff pastry) - 12 – 15 vipande
Kidari cha kuku - ½ kilo
Tangawizi mbichi ilosagwa - 2 vijiko vya kulia
Thomu (saumu, garlic) - 1 kijiko cha kulia
Pilipili manga - 2 vijiko vya chai
Ndimu - 3 kiasi kamua
Mdalasini - 1 kijiko cha chai
Chumvi - kiasi
Kabichi (cabbage) - ½ Nusu
Yai - 1
Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika
8. Kunja pembeni kisha bania kwa uma ufanye design.
9. Panga katika treya uliyopaka siagi ili visigande.
10. Pakaza yai
11. Weka katika oveni uoke (Bake) kwa muda wa dakika 10 – 15 mpaka vigeuke rangi ya hudhurungi (golden brown)
12. Epua vikiwa tayari.
