Vipimo:

Tambi nyembamba sana (Roasted Vermicelli) - 200 gm

(Za brown tayari zimeshachomwa (roasted))

Samli -  3 vijiko vya supu

Maziwa - 7 gilasi             

Sukari - 1 kikombe

Siagi -  2 Vijiko vya supu

Njugu za Pistachio (zilizokatwa ndogo ndogo) -   ½ Kikombe

Lozi (Zilizomenywa na kukatwa ndogo ndogo) -  ½ Kikombe

Zabibu kavu -  ½  Kikombe

Hiliki  - ½ kijiko cha chai

Vanilla - 2 kijiko cha chai 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

  1. Zikatekate tambi na zikaange kidogo tu kwa  samli.  
  2. Tia maziwa gilasi 5   kwanza
  3. Tia sukari, pistachio, lozi, zabibu, hiliki na vanilla.
  4. Wacha ichemke kidogo tu kisha epua wacha ipowe.
  5. Ukumbusho: Hazitaki kupikwa sana kwani zinawiva mara moja tu.
  6. Ikishapowa tia siagi na maziwa  gilasi 2 yalio baridi sana koroga vizuri
  7. Mimina katika bakuli kisha pambia juu yake lozi nyingine kidogo.
