Vipimo:

Mtindi - 2 kikombe

Chumvi - kiasi

Pilipili mbichi - 1

Nanaa (mint leaves) - 1 msongo (bunch)

Kitunguu saumu(thomu/galic) - 5 chembe

Namna Ya Kutayarisha:

  1. Chambua majani ya nanaa katika miche yake, osha weka kando. Kiasi cha majani kinaweza kujaza vikombe viwili au zaidi.
  2. Saga vitu vyote katika mashine ya kusagia (blender) kisha mimina katika bakuli ikiwa tayari kuliwa.

Inaweza kuliwa na aina nyingi ya vyakula kama; dehii baree, biriani, nyama/kuku wa kuchoma, mishkaki, sambusa, kachori, katlesi viazi vya duara (chops), kababu na vinginevyo vingi.
