Pilipili mbichi kubwa za kijani na nyekundu, kata katikati kwa urefu - Mteko wa mkono
Hardali/Rai (mustard seeds) - 1 kijiko cha supu
Majani ya mchuzi/mvuje (curry patta) - Kiasi
Mvuje wa unga (asafoetida) - 2 vijiko cha chai
Mafuta - ½ kikombe
Ndimu – kamua - 3
Siki - ¼ kikombe
Chumvi - Kisia

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

  1. Changanya vizuri papai, embe, karoti, pilipili
  2. Pasha moto mafuta katika karai kubwa

  3. Weka hardali/rai na majani ya mchuzi, kaanga kidogo vitoe harufu


  4. Tia mchanganyiko wa papai, embe, karoti na pilipili


  5. Tia chumvi, mvuje wa unga, kaanga dakika kama 3 -4 tu. Usipike mpaka vikaiva.


  6. Tia ndimu na siki, ondosha katika moto kisha jaza katika chombo au chupa za kuwekea achari.
