NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUTENGENEZA

            

1.    Roweka  mchele  tokea usiku

2.    Uchuje mchele maji yote

3.    Weka kwenye mashine ya kusagia (Blender)

4.    Tia mayai, maziwa, sukari, hamira , rose essence, zaafarani. Kasha usagesana mpaka chenga za mchele zote zisagike.

5.    Tia semolina na tui la nazi, kasha endelea kusaga katika blender, kidogo mpaka ichanganyike vizuri.

6.    Mimina katika bakuli kubwa, funika iwache iuumuke.

7.    Ikishaumuka choma kama unavyochoma vitumbua.

8.    Shira ikipowa, tumbukiza Vilosa kwa kiasi kiasi , changanya na uvitoe  uviweke upande katika sahani ya kupakulia.

9.    Endelea kufanya mpaka vyote vimalizike.
