Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

  1. Chemsha nudo kwa kufuata maelezo yake ya kuchemsha. Usichemshe sana hadi zikavurugika.

  1. Changanya kamba pamoja na thomu/tangawizi,chumvi, pilipili na paprika.

  1. Katika karai, tia mafuta, yakishika moto, tia kamba, kaanga waive. Ikiwa ni kamba wa barafu usikaange sana.

  1. Tia mboga mchanganyiko, tia sosi ya soya.

  1. Tia kidonge cha supu katika maji kidogo tu kiasi cha kukivuruga. Kisha tia katika mchanganyiko wa kamba.

  1. Katia katika pilipili mboga nusu na nusu weka kando ya kupambia.

  1. Changanya nudo na mchanganyiko wa kamba, pakua katika chombo pambia slesi za pilipili kubwa , ikiwa tayari kuliwa.
