Biskuti Za Njugu/Matunda Makavu (Rock Cakes)



VIPIMO:

 

Unga                                                         4 Vikombe


Sukari                                                       10 Ounce


Siagi                                                         10 Ounce


Kungu manga ya unga                               2 vijiko vya chai


Matunda makavu/njugu (kama lozi,   

Zabibu, maganda ya chungwa,

Cherries na kadhalika                                 4 ounce


Maziwa ya maji                                          4 Vijiko vya supu

 

NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

 

1) Chukua siagi na sukari koroga na mixer mpaka iwe kama cream.

 

2) Tia vanilla kungu manga, tia yai moja mix tena endelea kuongeza yai lingine mpaka umalize yote, changanya mpaka iwe laini kama sufi (fluffy)

 

3)  Tia unga na baking powder na dried fruits, changanya na mwiko.

 

4)  Chota mchanganyiko  na kijiko cha soup weka kwenye treya ya kupikia tandaza na uma ili upate matundu juu ya biskuti.

 

5)  Pika (bake) kwenye oven lenye moto wa 375 F. kwa muda wa dakika 15 hivi huku unazitazama tazama.
