NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

Wali:

 

1.    Roweka mchele kwa muda fulani kutegemea mchele

2.    Katika sufuria tia mafuta na kaanga vitunguu hadi vibadilike  rangi kidogo.

3.   Tia thomu iliyosagwa, mdalasini, bizari ya pilau, hiliki, pilipili manga na chumvi, kaanga kidogo.

4.   Tia mchele kaanga kidogo, kisha tia maji ya moto kiasi  kutegemea na aina ya mchele kama kawaida ya kupika wali kama pilau.

5.   Tia sigai, funika upikike wali hadi uwive.

 

Kuku:

 

1.      Mchanganye kuku pamoja na thomu/tangawizi iliyosagwa, chumvi, pilipili mbichi.

2.      Katika karai tia mafuta yapate moto vizuri.

3.      Mtie kuku, bizari ya pilau (jiyrah) na ukaange, karibu na kuiva tia vitunguu.

4.      Tia mapilipili makubwa, kotmiri, na kaanga kwa dakika moja tu uzime moto na epua weka kando.

1.      Pakua wali katika sahani.

     2.      Pambia karoti iliyokunwa na ukipenda zabibu na wali uko tayari   kuliwa
