NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

 

1.  Kaanga kitungu, kabla ya kugeuka rangi tia thomu.

2.  Kisha weka bizari zote na ukaange kidogo.

3.  Tia mchele kisha maji na ufunike upike katika moto mdogo.

4.  Na ikishawiva itakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa na kabeji na kuku wa   tanduuri.

1.  Kwenye sufuria kaanga kitungu, figili mwitu kisha tia thomu na  pilipili zote.

2.  Halafu tia bizari zote na ukaange kidogo.

3.  Kisha weka kabeji na chumvi, ufunike moto mdogo ilainike kidogo na sio sana

4.  Tia karoti na usiwache motoni sana, kisha zima moto na inyunyizie kotmiri juu.
