  1. Changanya nyama na thomu, pilipili, chumvi na nusu ya garam masala. Tia katika treya ya oveni uipike nyama (Bake) hadi iwive.  Au iwivishe kwa kuichemsha.

 

  1. Katika kisufuria kingine, tia mafuta (bakisha kidogo ya wali) kaanga vitunguu hadi vigeuke rangi, kisha tia nyanya, nyanya kopo, bizari zote nyingine zilizobakia.

  1. Tia maji katika sufuria uweke jikoni. Tia kidonge cha supu, mdalasini, hiliki na chumvi .

 

  1. Yakichemka maji tia mchele, funika upike hadi nusu kiini kisha uchuje kwa kumwaga maji.

 

  1. Tia mafuta kidogo katika mchele na zaafarani iliyorowekwa au rangi za biriani kisha rudisha mchele katika sufuria ufunike na upike hadi uwive.

 

  1. Pakua wali katika sahani kisha mwagia sosi ya nyama juu yake, pambia kwa kukatika nyanya, pilipili mboga na figili mwitu (Celery) au mboga yoyote upendayo.
