NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

 

1.       Tuna carrots (grate) ziwe kama chicha  weka kando.

2.       Kaanga vitunguu 2 mpaka viwe brown weka pembeni.

3.       Kaanga Kitunguu cha 3 halafu changanya na tangawizi, thomu, na tuna huku unakoroga.

4.      Changanya na tomatoe, uzile (cummin powder) na mdalasini, koroga vizuri (hakikisha umeweka mtoto mdogo mdogo kwani ni rahisi kuungua) 

5.       Ikiwiva  epua weka pembeni.

6.       Chemsha wali wako kwa maji mengi na uuchuje kabla haujawiva vizuri na uugawe sehemu 4.

7.       Chukua trey au sufuria ambayo itaweza kuingia vitu vyote uilivyoandaa, tandaza fungu la kwanza  la wali halafu utandaze carrot juu yake.

8.       Tandaza fungu la pili la wali halafu utandaze vitunguu juu yake.

9.        Tandaza fungu la tatu la wali halafu utandze  tuna (masalo) juu yake.

10.     Mwisho tandaza fungu la nne la wali,  ufunike vizuri na upike kwenye overn (bake)  350 Deg C kwa muda wa dakika 20
