NAMNA YA KUPIKA

1.        Katika karai weka mafuta yapate moto, tia thomu na tangawizi.

2.        Tia tomato zilizosagwa , kaanga, tia bizari zote   endelea kukaanga .

3.        Tia Pilipli kubwa, pilipili mbichi, chumvi, endelea kukaanga kidogo tu.

4.        Tia Kamba,   ndimu,  kaanga, mwisho tia nyanya ya mkebe, endelea kukaanga  kama dakika 5 tu .

 

 

 

 

 

5.       Mwisho kabisa mwagia kotmiri na pakua katika sahani.
