Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

 

1.       Katakata zuchini, bilingani na viazi vipande vikubwa kubwa kiasi, kata viwe na umbo la mraba (cube).

2.      Tia mafuta ya kukaangia mboga katika karai uache yashike moto vizuri, kisha kaanga zuchini ziive kidogo utoe na kuzichuja mafuta.

3.       Kaanga bilingani hadi zigeuke rangi utoe na uchuje mafuta.

4.       Kaanga viazi hadi viive utoea na kuchuja mafuta.

5.      Katika karai jengine tia mafuta 2 vijiko vya supu, kaanga vitunguu hadi viwe laini na karibu ya kubadilika rangi.

6.      Tia metthi na rai ya unga, majani ya mchuzi (chambua utoe majani pekee) kaanga kidogo tu.

7.      Katakata nyanya ndogo ndogo, katakata pilipili mbichi kwa urefu na utie, endelea kukaanga.

8.      Tia nyanya ya kopo, pilipili ya unga na  chumvi, tia maji kama 1/4 kikombe au 1/2 sosi iwe nyepesi kidogo.

9.      Katakata mapilipili boga vipande vikubwa vikubwa uchanganye humo yapikike kwa chini ya dakika moja   uepue. (Usiache mapilipili yakavurugika kwa kukaanga sana

10.    Changanya na zuchini, bilingani na viazi, pakuwa katika sahani au bakulia na ikiwa tayari kuliwa kwa aina yoyote ya mkate au wali mweupe.
