Namna Ya Kutayarisha Kuku

 

 

 

 

  1. Baada ya kumsafisha kuku, mkate vipande vikubwa vikubwa kiasi upendavyo, muoshe mchuje atoke maji.

 

  1. Katika bakuli, tia tangawizi, kitunguu thomu ilosagawa, pilipili mbichi ilosagwa, chumvi, ndimu, mtindi, masala ya tanduri na uchanganye vizuri, kisha mtie kuku na uchanganye tena na acha arowanike kwa muda wa kiasi saa au zaidi.

 

  1. Panga kuku katika sinia ya kuchoma ndani ya oveni. Kisha mchome (grill) hadi awive, mtoe acha kando. Mwagia juu yake masala yatakayobakia katika sinia baada ya kumchoma.

 

 

 

 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Masala Ya Nyanya

 

 

 

  1. Weka mafuta katika karai, tia vitunguu ulivyokatakata, kaanga hadi vianze kugeuka rangi.

 

  1. Tia nyanya ulizokatakata, tia pilipili manga, hiliki, mdalasini, chumvi, na zabibu. Kaanga kidogo tu yakiwa tayari.

 

 

 

 Namna Ya Kutayarisha Wali

 

 

 

  1. Osha na roweka mchele wa basmati.

 

  1. Roweka zaafarani kwa maji ya moto kiasi robo kikombe weka kando.

 

  1. Chemsha maji, tia chumvi, kisha tia mchele uive nusu kiini.

 

  1. Mwaga maji uchuje mchele kisha rudisha katika sufuria au sinia ya foil. Nyunyizia zaafarini, na rudisha katika moto upike hadi uive kamili.

 

  1. Epua, kisha pakua wali katika sahani au chombo upendacho, mwagia juu yake masala ya nyanya. Kisha weka vipande vya kuku ulivyochoma, biriani ikiwa tayari.
