Kotmiri fresh (chopped)                                                   kiasi upendavyo

Salt                                                                                 kiasi

Mafuta                                                                           kiasi

Vitunguu maji (sliced)                                                     2 

Tomatoes (crushed au chopped)                                    4

Tomatoe paste                                                              3 tablespoon

Kotmiri (chopped)                                                         kiasi

Pilipili manga (powder)                                                 1 teaspoon

 

 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

1.       Changanya vitu vyote vya kabab na fanya duara (flat) uweke katika tray ya kupikia katika oven

2.      Choma (bake) kwa moto wa 350 mpaka Kabab ziwive takriban kama kwa dakika 45

3.       Kaanga vitunguu na vikianza tu kulainika kabla ya kugeuka rangi tia tomatoes na tomatoe paste, kaanga kidogo.

4.      Mwagia rojo juu ya Kabaab na mwagia kotmiri mwisho zikiwa tayari.
