Mchicha uliokatwa katwa (chopped)                        400 gm    au  vikombe 3  

Mbaazi mbichi au kavu                                           *1 kikopo au  vikombe 2

Kitunguu                                                                kimoja

Nyanya kopo                                                         ½ kijiko cha chai

Tui la nazi zito                                                        1 kikombe

Chumvi                                                                  kiasi

Pilipili mbichi nzima                                                 2

 

 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

 

1.                 *Ikiwa mbaazi sio za tayari, roweka uchemshe hadi ziwive.

2.                 Osha vizuri mchicha kisha, katakata  mdogo mdogo (chopped) au tumia ulio tayari wa barafu (frozen chopped spinach) 

3.                 Katika sufuria, tia mchicha pamoja na mbaazi zilizokwisha iva.  

4.                 Katakata kitunguu, utie humo, tia nyanya kopo, tia chumvi na pilipili mbichi nzima .

5.                 Tia tui upike katika moto mdogo mdogo hadi zitokote na kuiva mchicha, usiache zikauke sana.  Tayari kuliwa na mkate au wali.
